TRIPLE EYE B.V. processes your personal data because you use our Simplex online platform services and/or you have received one or more digital keys from a user of our Simplex online platform services and/or because you provide these data to us yourself.
Below is an overview of the personal data that we process.
If you have an account within the Simplex online platform, we process the following:
Initials and surname (both are optional);
Salutation (Mr. / Ms. / Mrs./ Fam. / none);
House number (optional, other address details are not requested and are not required);
E-mail address (mandatory);
All actions you perform in the online platform;
All actions that are registered by the products managed under your account within the online platform.
If you have received a digital key from a user of the Simplex online platform, we will process the following:
A reference to you. This reference depends on how it has been entered by the user of the platform. This could be your name or e-mail address, for example;
The e-mail address at which you received the digital key;
All actions registered by the products operated with the digital keys issued to you. These actions are registered under the reference to you, as entered by the user of the platform, from which you received the digital key.
If you are registered as an employee of an organization within the Simplex online platform, we will process the following:
A reference to you, possibly supplemented with additional information, depending on how this was entered by the user of the platform. This could be your name or e-mail address, for example;
The e-mail address to which the digital registration code has been sent or could be sent;
The telephone number to which the digital registration code has been sent or could be sent by SMS;
All actions that you (as an registered employee) perform within your employee account in the online platform;
All actions that are registered by the products that are operated with the digital keys provided to you. These actions are registered under the reference to you, as entered by the user of the platform from which you received the digital key.
Our Simplex online platform services do not intend to collect any data about visitors or users under the age of 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor or user is older/younger than the age of 16. The same applies to users of the Simplex app as part of our Simplex online platform services. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact Mr. R. Jonker, so that we can delete this information.
TRIPLE EYE B.V. processes your personal data for the following purposes:
To offer you the possibility to create an account for our Simplex online platform;
To offer you the option to use our Simplex online platform;
To offer you the possibility to use the Simplex Access app;
To be able to e-mail you if this is necessary to carry out our services. If necessary, these email messages are automatically sent by the platform;
To provide and deliver services to you.
We only process your personal data if you give or have given permission for this. We cannot or may not process the data required for the Simplex online platform without your permission. Therefore, without your consent to the processing of your personal data as stated in this document, it is not possible for you to use the Simplex online platform or the Simplex Access app.
TRIPLE EYE B.V. never makes decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are about decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without involving a person (for example an employee of TRIPLE EYE B.V.).
TRIPLE EYE B.V. does not store your personal data for a longer period than is strictly necessary for providing the services your data is collected for. We use the following retention periods for the following personal data of users who have or had an account within the platform:

Where data is stored for longer than max. 5 working days, this is to prevent your account from being unintentionally closed and the associated data being lost if licenses are not renewed in time.
We use the following retention periods for the following personal data of users who have received a digital key:
Logging of activities, including the reference under which the logging took place: up to 2 years after the activity was registered. The data will be deleted within 5 working days if the account of the user from which the digital key was received is canceled or deleted;
Reference and e-mail address: until they are deleted by the user from which the key was received. In that case, the reference will remain in the logging. The data will be deleted within 5 working days if the account of the user from which the digital key was received is canceled or deleted.
We use the following retention periods for the following personal data of users who are registered as employees within the Simplex online platform:
Logging of activities, including the reference under which the logging took place: up to 2 years after the activity was registered. The data will be deleted within 5 working days if the account of the organisation from which the digital key was received is canceled or deleted;
Reference and e-mail address: until they are deleted by the organisation from which the key was received. In that case, the reference will remain in the logging. The data will be deleted within 5 working days if the account of the user from which the digital key was received is canceled or deleted.
TRIPLE EYE B.V. does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the implementation of our platform services that you use, or to comply with a legal obligation. We make a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. TRIPLE EYE B.V. remains responsible for these processing operations.
TRIPLE EYE B.V. does not use cookies for its platform services. Insofar as comparable techniques are already used, they are only used for technical and safety reasons.
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can do this yourself via the personal settings of your account.
You also have the right to object or withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data by our company. You can withdraw your consent for further processing of your personal data through the personal settings of your account. Because this data is necessary for the operation of our platform service, you must cancel/delete your account.
You have also the right to data portability. You can download the data registered by us from your account:
The personal information registered by us (title, initials, last name, house number and email address) can be downloaded via the personal settings of your account;
Your recorded activities can be downloaded from the logging section within your account.
Both files are in a commonly used machine-readable format that you can transfer to another person if you wish.
If you have other questions or comments about data processing, please send a specified request to privacy@triple-eye.nl.
To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, you have to make your photo, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), the passport number and your citizen service number black. This is to protect your privacy. TRIPLE EYE B.V. will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.
TRIPLE EYE B.V. would also like to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

If an account is not used by you as a private person, it may be necessary that the applicant and/or user of that account must comply with the GDPR and for that reason between TRIPLE EYE B.V. and the applicant and/or user of that account, a data processing agreement must be made. TRIPLE EYE B.V. verwerkt persoonsgegevens van u doordat u gebruik maakt van onze Simplex online platform diensten, u één of meer digitale sleutels heeft ontvangen van een gebruiker van onze Simplex online platform diensten en/of omdat u deze zelf aan ons verstrekt.
Hieronder is een overzicht gegeven van de persoonsgegevens die wij verwerken.
Indien u een account heeft binnen het Simplex online platform verwerken wij het volgende:
Voorletters en achternaam (beide optioneel);
Aanhef (Dhr./Mevr./Fam./geen);
Huisnummer (optioneel, overige adresgegevens worden niet gevraagd en zijn ook niet nodig);
E-mailadres (noodzakelijk);
Alle handelingen die u verricht in het online platform;
Alle handelingen die geregistreerd worden door de producten die onder uw account binnen het online platform worden beheerd.
Indien u een digitale sleutel heeft ontvangen van een gebruiker van het Simplex online platform verwerken wij het volgende:
Een referentie naar u, afhankelijk hoe deze door de gebruiker van het platform is ingevoerd. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld uw naam of e-mailadres zijn;
E-mailadres, dit betreft het e-mailadres waarop u de digitale sleutel heeft ontvangen;
Alle handelingen die geregistreerd worden door de producten die met de aan u verstrekte digitale sleutels zijn bediend. Deze handelingen worden geregistreerd onder de referentie naar u, zoals die door de gebruiker van het platform, waarvan u de digitale sleutel heeft ontvangen, is ingevoerd.
Indien u als medewerker van een organisatie binnen het Simplex online platform bent geregistreerd verwerken wij het volgende:
Een referentie naar u, eventueel aangevuld met aanvullende informatie, afhankelijk hoe deze door de gebruiker van het platform is ingevoerd. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld uw naam of e-mailadres zijn;
E-mailadres, dit betreft het e-mailadres waar de digitale registratiecode naar toe gestuurd is of naar toe gestuurd kan worden;
Telefoonnummer, dit betreft het telefoonnummer waar de digitale registratiecode per SMS naar toe gestuurd is of naar toe gestuurd kan worden;
Alle handelingen die u als medewerker verricht binnen uw medewerker-account in het online platform;
Alle handelingen die geregistreerd worden door de producten die met de door u verstrekte digitale sleutels zijn bediend. Deze handelingen worden geregistreerd onder de referentie naar u, zoals die door de gebruiker van het platform, waarvan u de digitale sleutel heeft ontvangen, is ingevoerd.
Onze Simplex online platform diensten hebben niet de intentie gegevens te verzamelen over bezoekers of gebruikers die jonger zijn dan 16 jaar, tenzij ze toestemming hebben van ouders of voogd. We kunnen echter niet controleren of een bezoeker of gebruiker ouder dan 16 is. Hetzelfde is van toepassing op gebruikers van de Simplex app als onderdeel van onze Simplex online platform diensten. Wij raden ouders dan ook aan betrokken te zijn bij de online activiteiten van hun kinderen, om zo te voorkomen dat er gegevens over kinderen verzameld worden zonder ouderlijke toestemming. Als u er van overtuigd bent dat wij zonder die toestemming persoonlijke gegevens hebben verzameld over een minderjarige, neem dan contact op met dhr. R. Jonker, zodat wij deze informatie kunnen verwijderen.
TRIPLE EYE B.V. verwerkt uw persoonsgegevens voor de volgende doelen:
U de mogelijkheid te bieden een account voor ons Simplex online platform aan te maken;
U de mogelijkheid te bieden van ons Simplex online platform gebruik te maken;
U de mogelijkheid te bieden van de Simplex app gebruik te maken;
U te kunnen e-mailen indien dit nodig is om onze dienstverlening uit te kunnen voeren. Deze email berichten worden indien nodig, automatisch door het platform verstuurd;
Om diensten bij u af te leveren.
Wij verwerken uw persoonsgegevens uitsluitend indien u daarvoor toestemming geeft of heeft gegeven. Zonder uw toestemming kunnen of mogen wij de voor het Simplex online platform noodzakelijke gegevens niet verwerken. Daarom is het zonder uw toestemming tot het verwerken van uw persoonsgegevens zoals vermeld in dit document, voor u niet mogelijk gebruik van het Simplex online platform of de Simplex app te maken.
TRIPLE EYE B.V. neemt nooit op basis van geautomatiseerde verwerkingen besluiten over zaken die (aanzienlijke) gevolgen kunnen hebben voor personen. Het gaat hier om besluiten die worden genomen door computerprogramma's of -systemen, zonder dat daar een mens (bijvoorbeeld een medewerker van TRIPLE EYE B.V.) tussen zit.
TRIPLE EYE B.V. bewaart uw persoonsgegevens niet langer dan strikt noodzakelijk is om de doelen te realiseren waarvoor uw gegevens worden verzameld. Wij hanteren de volgende bewaartermijnen voor de volgende persoonsgegevens van gebruikers die een account binnen het platform hebben of hebben gehad:

Daar waar gegevens langer dan max. 5 werkdagen worden bewaard, is dat om te voorkomen dat bij het niet tijdig verlengen van licenties uw account onbedoeld wordt opgeheven en de daaraan gekoppelde gegevens verloren gaan.
Wij hanteren de volgende bewaartermijnen voor de volgende persoonsgegevens van gebruikers die een digitale sleutel hebben ontvangen:
Logging van activiteiten, inclusief de referentie waaronder de logging plaats vond: tot maximaal 2 jaar nadat de activiteit is geregistreerd. De gegevens worden binnen 5 werkdagen gewist indien het account van de gebruiker waarvan de digitale sleutel is ontvangen wordt opgeheven;
Referentie en e-mailadres: tot deze informatie door de gebruiker waarvan de sleutel is ontvangen wordt verwijderd. In dat geval blijft de referentie in de logging wel aanwezig. De gegevens worden binnen 5 werkdagen gewist indien het account van de gebruiker waarvan de digitale sleutel is ontvangen wordt opgeheven.
Wij hanteren de volgende bewaartermijnen voor de volgende persoonsgegevens van gebruikers die als medewerker binnen het Simplex online platform zijn geregistreerd:
Logging van activiteiten, inclusief de referentie waaronder de logging plaats vond: tot maximaal 2 jaar nadat de activiteit is geregistreerd. De gegevens worden binnen 5 werkdagen gewist indien het account van de gebruiker waarvan de digitale sleutel is ontvangen wordt opgeheven;
Referentie en e-mailadres: tot deze informatie door de organisatie waarvan de sleutel is ontvangen wordt verwijderd. In dat geval blijft de referentie in de logging wel aanwezig. De gegevens worden binnen 5 werkdagen gewist indien het account van de organisatie waarvan de digitale sleutel is ontvangen wordt opgeheven.
TRIPLE EYE B.V. verkoopt uw gegevens niet aan derden en verstrekt deze uitsluitend indien dit nodig is voor de uitvoering van onze platform diensten, waarvan u gebruik maakt, of om te voldoen aan een wettelijke verplichting. Met bedrijven die uw gegevens in onze opdracht verwerken, sluiten wij een verwerkersovereenkomst om te zorgen voor eenzelfde niveau van beveiliging en vertrouwelijkheid van uw gegevens. TRIPLE EYE B.V. blijft verantwoordelijk voor deze verwerkingen.
TRIPLE EYE B.V. gebruikt geen cookies voor haar platform diensten. Voor zover er al vergelijkbare technieken gebruikt worden, worden die uitsluitend om technische- en veiligheidsredenen ingezet.
U heeft het recht om uw persoonsgegevens in te zien, te corrigeren of te verwijderen. Dit kunt u zelf doen via de persoonlijke instellingen van uw account.
Daarnaast heeft u het recht om uw eventuele toestemming voor de gegevensverwerking in te trekken of bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens door ons bedrijf.
U kunt via de persoonlijke instellingen van uw account zelf de toestemming voor verdere verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens intrekken. Omdat deze gegevens noodzakelijk zijn voor de werking van onze platformdienst, dient u daarvoor uw account op te heffen.
U heeft tevens het recht op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid. De door ons geregistreerde gegevens kunt u downloaden vanuit uw account:
De door ons geregistreerde persoonlijke informatie (aanhef, initialen, achternaam, huisnummer en emailadres) kunt u downloaden via de persoonlijke instellingen van uw account;
De van u geregistreerde activiteiten kunt uw downloaden via de logging sectie binnen uw account.
Beide bestanden zijn in een gangbare machineleesbare vorm die u desgewenst aan een ander kunt overdragen.
Heeft u andere vragen/opmerkingen over de gegevensverwerking, stuur dan een gespecificeerd verzoek naar privacy@triple-eye.nl.
Om er zeker van te zijn dat het verzoek tot inzage door u is gedaan, vragen wij u een kopie van uw identiteitsbewijs bij het verzoek mee te sturen. Maak in deze kopie uw pasfoto, MRZ (machine readable zone, de strook met nummers onderaan het paspoort), paspoortnummer en Burgerservicenummer (BSN) zwart. Dit ter bescherming van uw privacy. TRIPLE EYE B.V. zal zo snel mogelijk, maar in ieder geval binnen vier weken, op uw verzoek reageren.

Indien een account niet door u als privé persoon wordt gebruikt, kan het noodzakelijk zijn dat de aanvrager en/of gebruiker van dat account aan de AVG moet voldoen en om die reden tussen TRIPLE EYE B.V. en de aanvrager en/of gebruiker van dat account een verwerkingsovereenkomst afgesloten moet worden. Indien dit voor u van toepassing is, verklaart u bij het akkoord gaan met deze privacyverklaring tevens dat u de inhoud van deze verklaring als verwerkingsovereenkomst accepteert, waarmee TRIPLE EYE B.V. verklaart de door u ingevoerde gegevens te zullen verwerken conform de inhoud van deze verklaring.
Als dienst aan onze internationale klanten en gebruikers is er een Engelse- en Duitse vertaling van deze privacyverklaring beschikbaar. Bij afwijkingen tussen een vertaling en de originele Nederlandse versie, is de Nederlandse versie altijd leidend.
